Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania poliestrów lub kopoliestrów metodą przyspieszonej polikondensacji na drodze wymiany estrowej w temperaturze 433 - 513 K, a następnie polikondensacji prowadzonej w temperaturze 503 - 533 K pod ciśnieniem 0,4 - 0,8 hPa, w obecności katalizatora polikondensacji, który polega na tym, że do procesu wymiany estrowej wprowadza się związki organiczne, zawierające atomy azotu w ilości 0,1 - 0,5% wagowego w stosunku do masy polimeru.The subject of the application is a method of producing polyesters or copolyesters by accelerated polycondensation by ester exchange at a temperature of 433 - 513 K, followed by polycondensation carried out at a temperature of 503 - 533 K at a pressure of 0.4 - 0.8 hPa, in the presence of a polycondensation catalyst, which consists in that organic compounds containing 0.1 to 0.5 wt.% nitrogen, based on the weight of the polymer, are introduced into the ester exchange process.
