Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania termoaktywnej farby akrylowej zawierającej wypełniacze, pigmenty, środki uniepalniające, środki powierzchniowo czynne, związki krzemianowe, kopolimery akrylowe, charakteryzujący się tym, że do mieszalnika wprowadza się 60 - 70% wagowych przygotowanej uprzednio Przedmieszki 1, którą podgrzewa się ciągle mieszając do temperatury 30 - 40°C, po czym w trakcie ciągłego mieszania dodaje się przygotowaną uprzednio Przedmieszkę 2 w ilości 30 - 40% wagowych i utrzymując temperaturę od 30 do 40°C prowadzi się proces homogenizacji od 10 do 30 minut, przy czym Przedmieszkę 1 sporządza się z 46 - 50% dyspersji wodnej kopolimerów akrylowych; roztworu dyspergatora polimerowego w ilości 1,3 - 1,6% wagowych; środka przeciwpiennego w ilości 0,75 - 0,85% wagowych; środków powierzchniowo czynnych w ilości 2,7 do 3,0% wagowych; 19 - 20% wagowych bieli tytanowej (TiO2); 12 - 13% wagowych węglanu wapnia; 4,2 - 4,6 wagowych kaolinu; 1,4 - 1,5% wagowych koalescentu; 2,2 - 2,4% wagowych izopropanolu; 2,0, - 2,4% kopolimeru; 4,0 - 4,5 wagowych wody zdemineralizowanej, natomiast Przedmieszkę 2 sporządza się z 42 - 45% wagowych wody zdemineralizowanej; 0,4 - 0,5% środka powierzchniowo czynnego; 0,8 - 0,9% wagowych roztworu wodnego odpieniacza; 1,2 - 1,6% wagowych wodnego roztworu dyspergatora polimerowego; 26 - 29% wagowych kopolimeru octanu winylu z wersenianem winylu oraz dodatkiem polialkoholu winylu; 20 - 24% wagowych szklanych mikrosfer; 3,9 - 4,4% wagowych środka spajającego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także termoaktywna farba akrylowa wytworzona powyższym sposobem.
