Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób termicznej depozycji nanostruktur o aktywności przeciwdrobnoustrojowej na powierzchni polimerowych materiałów filtracyjnych, w którym polimerowy materiał filtracyjny zanurza się w jedno- lub wieloskładnikowej zawiesinie i/albo roztworze funkcjonalnych nanostruktur metali, wybranych spośród chromu (Cr), tytanu (Ti), miedzi (Cu), złota (Au), srebra (Ag), glinu (Al), cynku (Zn), cyrkonu (Zr), platyny (Pt), palladu (Pd), oraz ich tlenków, a następnie faza rozpraszająca jest usuwana z polimerowego materiału filtracyjnego poprzez odparowanie, po czym polimerowy materiał filtracyjny ze zdeponowanymi nanostrukturami ogrzewa się w czasie od 0,1 do 60 minut w temperaturze od 30 do 300°C, po czym nanostruktury luźno związane z powierzchnią polimerowego materiału filtracyjnego są usuwane.The subject of the application is a method of thermal deposition of nanostructures with antimicrobial activity on the surface of polymer filtration materials, in which the polymer filtration material is immersed in a single or multi-component suspension and / or solution of functional metal nanostructures selected from chromium (Cr), titanium (Ti), copper (Cu), gold (Au), silver (Ag), aluminum (Al), zinc (Zn), zirconium (Zr), platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd) and their oxides, and then the scattering phase is removed from the polymer filter material by evaporation, after which the polymer filter material with deposited nanostructures is heated for 0.1 to 60 minutes at a temperature of 30 to 300 ° C, after which the nanostructures loosely bonded to the surface of the polymer filter material are removed.
