Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielofunkcyjne urządzenie do zdalnego monitorowania stanu pacjenta (1), a zwłaszcza czynności elektrycznej serca oraz stopnia uwodnienia klatki piersiowej, mające formę uprzęży (2) przystosowanej do noszenia na ciele w obszarze tułowia, zawierającej elektrody elektrokardiogramu (211, 212, 221, 222, 231, 232), elektrody bioimpedancji (223, 233), jednostkę centralną (214) przetwarzającą sygnały pochodzące z rzeczonych elektrod oraz moduł komunikacyjny (215) dla bezprzewodowego przesyłania sygnałów przetworzonych przez jednostkę centralną (214) do zdalnego systemu monitorowania. Aby umożliwić jednoczesne badanie EKG w układzie 12-odprowadzeniowym oraz niezależny pomiar lewej i prawej części klatki piersiowej (lewego i prawego płuca) pod kątem stopnia uwodnienia za pomocą analizy bioimpedancji elektrycznej, rzeczone elektrody bioimpedancji (223, 233) obejmują elektrody przednie (223, 233) umieszczone z przodu tułowia pacjenta oraz odpowiadające im elektrody tylne umieszczone z tyłu tułowia pacjenta, rozmieszczone parami, przy czym co najmniej jedna para elektrod bioimpedancji (233) wyznacza linię przechodzącą przez lewą część klatki piersiowej pacjenta i co najmniej jedna para elektrod bioimpedancji (223) wyznacza linię przechodzącą przez prawą część klatki piersiowej pacjenta.
