Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kocioł pirolizowy przeznaczony do celów energetycznych wykorzystujący odpady przemysłowe i odpady z gospodarstw domowych. Kocioł pirolizowy ma obudowę (1) z żaroodpornego betonu, komorę zasypową (2), komorę dopalania gazu (3), które są połączone ze sobą za pomocą dyszy (4), przy czym komora zasypowa (2) ma drzwiczki izolujące ciepło natomiast komora dopalania (3) ma drzwiczki izolujące ciepło i okno do komory wymiany ciepła, w której znajduje się wężownica z króćcem wlotowym i wylotowym. Kocioł posiada także wentylator (9) umieszczony na obudowie (1) połączony kanałem powietrznym (6) z komorą rozłączną (5), która ma otwór (8) łączący ją z komorą zasypową (2). Do komory rozłącznej (5) podłączony jest kanał powietrzny (7) mający drugie ujście w dyszy (4). Wężownica w kilku rzędach jest umieszczona na tylnej części kotła, a w tylnej części komory zasypowej (2) jest ruchoma klapa zakrywająca otwór pomiędzy komorą zasypową (2) i komorą wymiany ciepła.The subject of the notification is a pyrolysis boiler intended for energy purposes using industrial waste and household waste. The pyrolysis boiler has a casing (1) made of heat-resistant concrete, a charging chamber (2), a gas burning chamber (3), which are connected to each other by means of a nozzle (4), while the charging chamber (2) has a heat insulating door while the combustion chamber (3) has a heat insulating door and window for the heat exchange chamber, in which a coil with an inlet and outlet stub is located. The boiler also has a fan (9) located on the housing (1) connected by an air duct (6) with a separable chamber (5), which has an opening (8) connecting it with the charging chamber (2). An air duct (7) having a second outlet in the nozzle (4) is connected to the separable chamber (5). The coil in several rows is located on the back of the boiler, and in the back of the charging chamber (2) there is a movable flap covering the opening between the charging chamber (2) and the heat exchange chamber.
