Zgłoszenie dotyczy elementu zabezpieczającego dokument zawierający obraz niewidoczny w świetle widzialnym, a widoczny w podczerwieni w zakresie 700 - 1000 nm, charakteryzującego się tym, że obejmuje warstwę papieru (11) podatnego na grawerowanie laserowe pokrytego warstwą farby (12) transparentnej w promieniowaniu podczerwonym, przy czym warstwa papieru (11) zawiera grawer wytworzony przy użyciu impulsu wiązki laserowej wykonany po pokryciu warstwy papieru (11) warstwą farby (12). Zgłoszenie dotyczy również dokumentu wartościowego zawierającego element zabezpieczający, zwłaszcza dokumentu stanowiącego banknot, certyfikat, wizę, paszport lub dowód osobisty, charakteryzującego się tym, że zawiera element zabezpieczający dokumenty z według zgłoszenia oraz sposobu jego wytwarzania.
