Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy układu do kondycjonowania termicznego opakowań z tworzyw sztucznych, zwłaszcza pojemników o okrągłym przekroju poprzecznym, charakteryzujący się tym, że jest umieszczony na taśmociągu pomiędzy strefą odkładczą manipulatora, a strefą odchładzania opakowań i składa się z komory kondycjonowania (1) umieszczonej nad taśmą transportera (6) z opakowaniami (4), w której na ścianach bocznych oraz ścianie górnej umieszczone są promienniki podczerwieni i/lub UV (2), przy czym promienniki (2) są oddzielone od siebie przegrodami (5), a temperatura w komorze (1) kontrolowana i sterowana jest za pomocą układu sterowania połączonego z termoparami (3). Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób kondycjonowania z wykorzystaniem układu.
