Abstract
Urządzenie do wytwarzania toryfikatu z biomasy, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera przenośniki strunowe (1), pod którymi znajduje się komora grzewcza (2) i komora schładzania (3) z umieszczonym w nich korpusem (4) przenośnika ślimakowego (5) mającego w górnej części otwory (6). Komora grzewcza połączona jest z kolektorem wydechowym silnika spalinowego agregatu prądotwórczego (7), a komora schładzania połączona jest z wentylatorem (8). W koszu zasypowym (9) przenośnika ślimakowego jest czujnik wilgotności (10) połączony z elementem sterującym (11), który za pośrednictwem falownika (12) połączony jest z silnikiem elektrycznym (13) przenośnika ślimakowego. W koszu zasypowym jest również czujnik tlenu (14) i pierścień dozujący za pomocą sterownika (18) gaz szlachetny z butli (19). Komora grzewcza i komora schładzania zamknięte są pokrywą (16) mającą otwory (17). Pod wylotem najniżej położonego przenośnika strunowego znajduje się kosz zasypowy (9) przenośnika ślimakowego.The device for producing biomaterial from biomass is characterized by the fact that it contains string conveyors (1) under which there is a heating chamber (2) and a cooling chamber (3) with a body (4) of a screw conveyor (5) located in the upper parts of the holes (6). The heating chamber is connected to the exhaust manifold of the generator set combustion engine (7), and the cooling chamber is connected to the fan (8). In the hopper (9) of the screw conveyor there is a humidity sensor (10) connected to the control element (11), which is connected to the electric motor (13) of the screw conveyor via an inverter (12). The charging hopper also has an oxygen sensor (14) and a metering ring using a controller (18) inert gas from the bottle (19). The heating chamber and the cooling chamber are closed with a cover (16) having holes (17). Under the outlet of the lowest string conveyor there is a hopper (9) for the screw conveyor.
