Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uszczelnienie czołowe wału, przeznaczone dla wałów osadzonych w otworach obudowy maszyn lub urządzeń. Uszczelnienie czołowe wału ma pierścień osadczy (1) i nakrywkę dolną (2) połączone ze sobą i z korpusem maszyny (4), śrubami (3), zaś na pobocznicy zewnętrznej pierścienia osadczego (1) jest otwór zasilający (5), przy czym pierścień osadczy (1) ma wewnętrzną powierzchnię (6) ukształtowaną obwodowo schodkowo, w której to przestrzeni osadzono pierścień stały (7) i tulejkę (8), a nakładkę dolną (2) śrubami (3) połączono z pierścieniem mocującym (9) do którego śrubami (3) zamocowano nakrywkę (10) stykającą się z pierścieniem dociskowym (11), który styka się z pierścieniem stałym (7). Formed sealing elements (13) are seated between the elements in contact with each other and with the shaft (12), while an expansion spring (14) and locating pins (15) are placed between the clamping ring (9) and the cap (10), position relative to each other, the fastening ring (9), the cap (10) and the pressure ring (11), while the components of the solution are connected detachably.
