Abstract

Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem możliwości wytworzenia modułu świetlika dachowego jako prefabrykowanego segmentu budowlanego umożliwiającego standaryzację i wykonanie na linii produkcyjnej gwarantującej lepszą jakość oraz zagospodarowanie otworów doświetlających w zakresie 10 cm. Modułowy świetlik dachowy, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada profilowy zestaw (1) ramowy wytworzony z kształtowych elementów w (2, 3, 4, 5), którego para naprzeciwległych względem siebie bocznych ścianek (3) ma pochylenie krawędzi dolnych członów (4) odpowiadające kierunkowi pochylenia połaci dachowej, a w górnej części profilowy zestaw (1) ramowy zwieńczony jest pakietem szybowym (6) z zewnętrzną szybą (7) hartowaną oraz wewnętrzną szybą (8) laminowaną, natomiast zewnętrzna powierzchnia boczna posiada szczelne obramowanie (9) z profilowych kształtek. Kształtowe elementy (3 i 4) mają postać listew o zarysie klinowym i wytworzone są z drewna.The application solves the problem of the possibility of manufacturing a roof skylight module as a prefabricated construction segment enabling standardization and execution on a production line that guarantees better quality and the use of lighting openings in the 10 cm range. The modular roof skylight is characterized by having a profile (1) frame set made of shaped elements in (2, 3, 4, 5), whose pair of opposite side walls (3) has a slope of the edges of the lower members (4) corresponding to the inclination direction of the roof slope, and in the upper part the profile set (1) is topped with a glass packet (6) with an outer pane (7) toughened and an inner pane (8) laminated, while the outer side surface has a tight frame (9) of profile fittings. The shaped elements (3 and 4) are in the form of wedge-shaped slats and are made of wood.
