Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest aparatura przepływowa do prowadzenia procesów pod wysokim ciśnieniem w trybie ciągłym do substancji procesowanych, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera kolejno połączone płynoszczelnie elementami łączącymi: co najmniej jedną wysokociśnieniową pompę zasilającą (2), co najmniej jeden wysokociśnieniowy procesor rurowy (7, 7'), co najmniej jedną wysokociśnieniową pompę rozładowującą (9), oraz co najmniej jeden wysokociśnieniowy przetwornik ciśnienia znajdujący się pomiędzy wysokociśnieniową pompą zasilającą (2) i wysokociśnieniową pompą rozładowującą (9), przy czym elementy łączące (3, 5, 10, 13, 13', 16) stanowią wysokociśnieniowe łączniki, zawory i inne elementy wysokociśnieniowej armatury procesowej, oraz dołączoną programowalną jednostkę sterującą (1), która steruje aparaturą przepływową, przy czym wymieniona aparatura umożliwia prowadzenie procesów fizycznych i chemicznych (w tym reakcji chemicznych) w przepływie, pod ciśnieniem od 200 do 9000 bar i w temperaturze od 0 do 130°C.
