Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest sposób i urządzenie do uzyskiwania dwuizooktylutereftalanu z politereftalanu etylenu, w szczególności w drodze recyklingu surowców PET z opakowań. Sposób uzyskiwania dwuizooktylutereftalanu z politereftalanu etylenu (PET) gdzie dwuizooktylutereftalan uzyskuje się w reakcji transestryfikacji politereftalanu etylenu za pomocą alkoholu 2-etyloheksylowego prowadzonego w reaktorze półprzepływowym w procesie ciągłego mieszania. This method is characterized by the fact that the process is carried out in a surface heated reactor to a temperature of 225 - 230 ° C in a continuous mixing process, where the degraded and liquefied PET polymer is fed with a mixer to the surface along the axis from the bottom of the reactor, and then along the walls, and alcohol 2-ethylhexyl is preheated before entering the reactor to a temperature of 35 to 65 ° C and then the alcohol is fed to the surface of the degraded liquefied PET polymer where 2-ethylhexyl alcohol with PET separated ethylene glycol distils to the condenser, and then after separation in a separator , the recovered 2-ethylhexyl alcohol is again fed into the reactor at the set temperature and the process is carried out until glycol release is complete, which is observed after the disappearance of glycol increase in the separator.
