Abstract
Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest sposób i urządzenie do uzyskiwania dwuizooktylutereftalanu z politereftalanu etylenu, w szczególności w drodze recyklingu surowców PET z opakowań. Sposób uzyskiwania dwuizooktylutereftalanu z politereftalanu etylenu (PET) gdzie dwuizooktylutereftalan uzyskuje się w reakcji transestryfikacji politereftalanu etylenu za pomocą alkoholu 2-etyloheksylowego prowadzonego w reaktorze półprzepływowym w procesie ciągłego mieszania. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że proces prowadzi się w rektorze ogrzewanym powierzchniowo do temperatury 225 - 230°C w procesie ciągłego mieszania, gdzie zdegradowany i upłynniony polimer PET podawany jest mieszadłem na powierzchnię wzdłuż osi z dna reaktora, a następnie wzdłuż ścianek, a alkohol 2-etyloheksylowy wstępnie podgrzewa się przed wprowadzeniem do reaktora do temperatury od 35 do 65°C i następnie alkohol podaje się na powierzchnię zdegradowanego upłynnionego polimeru PET gdzie alkohol 2-etyloheksylowy z wydzielonym z PET glikolem etylenowym destyluje do skraplacza, a następnie po rozdzieleniu w rozdzielaczu, odzyskany alkohol 2-etyloheksylowy ponownie podaje się do reaktora w zadanej temperaturze i prowadzi się proces aż do zakończenia wydzielania się glikolu co obserwuje się po zaniku przyrostu glikolu w rozdzielaczu.The subject of the present application is a method and device for obtaining diisoctyl terephthalate from polyethylene terephthalate, in particular by recycling PET raw materials from packaging. This method is characterized by the fact that the process is carried out in a surface heated reactor to a temperature of 225 - 230 ° C in a continuous mixing process, where the degraded and liquefied PET polymer is fed with a mixer to the surface along the axis from the bottom of the reactor, and then along the walls, and alcohol 2-ethylhexyl is preheated before entering the reactor to a temperature of 35 to 65 ° C and then the alcohol is fed to the surface of the degraded liquefied PET polymer where 2-ethylhexyl alcohol with PET separated ethylene glycol distils to the condenser, and then after separation in a separator , the recovered 2-ethylhexyl alcohol is again fed into the reactor at the set temperature and the process is carried out until glycol release is complete, which is observed after the disappearance of glycol increase in the separator.
