Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wkładka do opakowania, zwłaszcza transportowego, wykonana z pojedynczego wykroju, złożonego z płata centralnego i płatów skrzydłowych, mająca w stanie uformowanym postać przestrzennej trzykomorowej kratownicy, której komory utworzone są z zagiętych wzdłuż linii gięć pól tworzących powierzchnię wykroju, i stabilizowane w stanie uformowanym elementem spinającym, charakteryzuje się tym, że płat centralny, tworzy ścianę każdej z trzech komór (A, B, C) wkładki, i oddzielony jest liniami gięć (2') od płatów skrzydłowych lewego i prawego, których powierzchnie podzielone są liniami gięć (5', 6') na pola tworzące w stanie uformowanym ściany komór (A, B, C), wzdłuż drugiej wewnętrznej linii gięcia płata skrzydłowego lewego w środkowej jej części znajduje się szczelina ryglująca, a na powierzchni pola zewnętrznego prawego płata skrzydłowego prawego wycięty jest rygiel (12) z zaczepem grzybkowym, umieszczany w szczelinie ryglującej, spinający komory zewnętrzne, a do pól zewnętrznych płata skrzydłowego lewego i prawego zamocowane są występy, przy czym powierzchnie występów płata skrzydłowego lewego i prawego posiadają wydzielone liniami perforacji (16) zakładki trwale połączone z płatem centralnym.The subject of the application is an insert for packaging, especially for transport, made of a single blank, consisting of a central flap and wing blades, having in the formed state the form of a three-chambered truss, whose chambers are formed of bent along the bending lines forming the surface of the blank, and stabilized in the condition formed fastening element, characterized by the fact that the central lobe forms the wall of each of the three chambers (A, B, C) of the insert, and is separated by bending lines (2 ') from the left and right wing lobes, whose surfaces are divided by bending lines ( 5 ', 6') for the fields forming in the formed state the walls of the chambers (A, B, C), along the second inner bending line of the left wing wing, in its central part there is a locking gap, and on the surface of the right field of the right wing wing is cut the bolt (12) with a mushroom catch, placed in a piece locking bolts that fasten the outer chambers, and projections are attached to the outer areas of the left and right wing flaps, with the surfaces of the left and right wing flaps having lines of perforation (16) separated overlaps permanently connected to the central flap.
