Abstract
Niniejszy wynalazek odnosi się do urządzenia do osuszania proszków metali, a w szczególności do urządzenia do osuszania proszków metali dla wytwarzania ogniwowych baterii akumulatorowych i do sposobu osuszania tych proszków metali. W tym celu dostarczone jest urządzenie do osuszania proszków metali dla wytwarzania ogniwowych baterii akumulatorowych, zawierające suszarnię, do której z jej jednej strony wstrzykuje się wiele proszków pierwiastków metalicznych (60), stosowanych do wytwarzania ogniwowych baterii akumulatorowych; urządzenie mieszające (520) do mieszania proszków pierwiastków metalicznych (60) w suszarni; komorę nagrzewania i chłodzenia dookoła suszarni, umieszczoną poza suszarnią, dla nagrzewania lub chłodzenia suszarni; parownik (300) i chłodnicę (400) do zaopatrywania komory nagrzewania i chłodzenia w parę lub w chłodne powietrze; oraz filtr workowy (200), dostarczony po drugiej stronie suszarni, do wypuszczania powietrza i wilgoci i do ponownego zrzutu proszków pierwiastków metalicznych (60) do suszarni.The present invention relates to a device for drying metal powders, and in particular to a device for drying metal powders for the production of cell battery batteries and to a method for drying these metal powders.
