Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania sztywnych pianek poliuretanowopoliizocyjanurowych, polegający na reakcji polimerycznego 4,4'-diizocyjanianodifenylometanu z poliolem (Rokopol RF-551), z poliolem - pochodną hydroksyalkilową kwasu cytrynowego przy udziale 33-procentowego roztworu octanu potasu w glikolu dietylenowym, 33-procentowego roztworu trietylenodiaminy w glikolu dietylenowym, koplimeru polisiloksanopolioksyetylenopolioksypropylenowego, fosforanu tri(2-chloro-1-metylowoetylowego), oraz napełniacza. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że powyższą reakcję prowadzi się dodając do receptury kawę mieloną w ilości od 5% mas. (13,5 g) do 25% mas. (67,5 g), najkorzystniej 25% mas. The method is characterized in that the above reaction is carried out by adding ground coffee in an amount of 5% by weight to the recipe. (13.5 g) up to 25% by mass (67.5 g), most preferably 25 wt.
