Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest metoda recyklingu odpadów kolorowych folii polietylenowych, w której odpady kolorowych folii polietylenowych po oczyszczeniu i rozdrobnieniu dozuje się do reaktora, dodaje selektywny rozpuszczalnik organiczny z grupy BTX w proporcji minimum sześć części wagowych rozpuszczalnika na jedną część wagową odpadów polietylenu, prowadzi się proces rozpuszczania polimeru w temperaturze wrzenia rozpuszczalnika 111 - 115 st. C, w czasie od 15 do 30 minut, otrzymany roztwór przetłacza się przez samoczyszczący filtr o dokładności filtracji od 1 do 3 mikrometrów do drugiego reaktora oddzielając cząstki pigmentów, barwników i innych zanieczyszczeń, odparowuje częściowo rozpuszczalnik, zagęszczony roztwór polimeru przetłaczany jest do ekstrudera planetarnego, w którym następuje całkowite usunięcie pozostałości rozpuszczalnika, wprowadzenie środków modyfikujących rozpuszczony polietylen oraz wytłoczenie polimeru w postaci granulatu, natomiast pary rozpuszczalnika po skropleniu w chłodnicy są zawracane do procesu. W metodzie tej jako rozpuszczalnik organiczny stosuje się toluene oraz, że jako środki modyfikujące właściwości regranulatu stosuje się stabilizator termiczny - difenyloindol w proporcji 0,2 - 0,5% wagi polimeru, antyutleniacz w postaci oleoamidu w stężeniu 0,05 - 0,3% wagi polimeru, fotostabilizator w postaci hydroksybenzofenonu w proporcji 1 - 2% w stosunku do wagi polimeru, które dozuje się do reaktora, w którym następuje częściowe odparowanie rozpuszczalnika.The subject of the application is the method of recycling colored polyethylene film waste, in which the waste of colored polyethylene film is dosed to the reactor after purification and fragmentation, a selective organic solvent from the BTX group is added in a proportion of at least six parts by weight of solvent per one part by weight of polyethylene waste, the dissolution process is carried out polymer at the boiling point of the solvent 111 - 115 degrees Celsius, for 15 to 30 minutes, the resulting solution is pumped through a self-cleaning filter with a filtration accuracy of 1 to 3 microns to the second reactor separating the particles of pigments, dyes and other impurities, partially evaporating the solvent , the concentrated polymer solution is pumped to a planetary extruder, in which the complete removal of the solvent residue, introduction of agents modifying dissolved polyethylene and extrusion of the polymer in the form of granules, while the solvent vapors after condensation in the cooler are recycled to the process. In this method, toluene is used as the organic solvent and that a thermal stabilizer - diphenylindole in the proportion of 0.2 - 0.5% by weight of the polymer - is used as modifying agents of the regranulate, an antioxidant in the form of oleamide at a concentration of 0.05 - 0.3% weight of polymer, photostabilizer in the form of hydroxybenzophenone in a proportion of 1 - 2% in relation to the weight of the polymer that is dosed into the reactor in which the solvent is partially evaporated.
