Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób oraz układ do wyznaczania zużycia ciepła na ogrzanie lokali w budynkach wielorodzinnych. Wynalazek wykorzystuje wskazania podzielników kosztów ogrzewania z funkcją rejestracji średniej temperatury pomieszczenia albo wskazania temperatur innych urządzeń rejestrujących temperatury wewnętrzne lokali (rejestratory temperatury wewnętrznej lub czujniki). Istota sposobu według wynalazku polega na tym, że znając zależność średnich jednostkowych wskazań podzielników w budynku/jednostce rozliczeniowej od średniej ważonej temperatury wewnętrznej jego lokali, można z proporcji wyznaczyć jednostkowe wskazania podzielników każdego lokalu dla danej, zarejestrowanej w okresie grzewczych jego temperatury wewnętrznej. Istota według wynalazku polega na tym, że do wyznaczenia jednostkowych wskazań podzielników w danym lokalu np. Zj,l dla lokalu l w zależności od jego temperatury wewnętrznej ti,l można wykorzystać zależność matematyczną (A), gdzie: Zj,l - średnie jednostkowe wskazanie podzielników w l lokalu, Zj,śr - średnie jednostkowe wskazanie podzielników dla wszystkich lokali w budynku, tg - temperatura granicy ogrzewania, te,śr - średnia temperatura zewnętrzna w okresie rozliczeniowym, tp -temperatura projektowa, ti,l - rzeczywista, zarejestrowana temperatura wewnętrzna w l lokalu, ti,śr - średnia temperatura wewnętrzna dla wszystkich lokali w budynku.The subject of the invention is a method and system for determining heat consumption for heating premises in multi-family buildings. The invention uses indications of heating cost allocators with the function of recording the average room temperature or temperature indications of other devices recording internal temperatures of premises (internal temperature recorders or sensors). The essence of the method according to the invention lies in the fact that, knowing the dependence of the average unit indications of the building / unit of account on the weighted average internal temperature of its premises, one can determine the proportions of the unit indications of each premises for a given, recorded during the heating period of its internal temperature. The essence according to the invention lies in the fact that to determine the unit indications of the divisors in a given premises, e.g. Zj, l for premises l depending on its internal temperature ti, l, the mathematical relationship (A) can be used, where: Zj, l - average unit indication of the divisors in l of the premises, Zj, śr - average unit indication of the allocators for all the premises in the building, tg - heating limit temperature, te, śr - average external temperature during the settlement period, tp - design temperature, ti, l - actual, registered internal temperature in the premises , ti, wed - average indoor temperature for all premises in the building.
