Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja zawierająca N-(n-butylo)-triamid kwasu tiofosforowego (NBPT) oraz rozpuszczalnik, w której rozpuszczalnik stanowi 2,5,7,10-tetraoksaundekan (TOU) i/lub oksyetylenowane aminy tłuszczowe o ogólnym wzorze 1, gdzie R" oznacza węglowodór o liczbie atomów węgla C w zakresie od 16 do 18, a "a" i "b" oznaczają liczbę grup oksyetylenowych i/lub oksyetylenowany alkohol tłuszczowy o wzorze ogólnym RO(CH2CH2O)XH, gdzie "R" oznacza węglowodór o liczbie atomów węgla C w zakresie od 12 do 18, a "x" oznacza ilość grup oksyetylenowanych, korzystnie w liczbie od 4 do 8 a ilość grup oksyetylenowanych "a" i "b" wynosi korzystnie od 4 do 10 oraz korzystnie zawiera barwnik w ilości od 0,001 do 0,1 części masowych. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób wytwarzania roztworu zawierającego N-(n-butylo)-triamid kwasu tiofosforowego (NBPT) oraz rozpuszczalnik, w którym jako rozpuszczalnik do reaktora wprowadza się 2,5,7,10-tetraoksaundekan i/lub oksyetylenowane aminy tłuszczowe o ogólnym wzorze 1, i/lub oksyetylenowany alkohol tłuszczowy o wzorze ogólnym RO(CH2CH2O)XH, następnie ogrzewa do temperatury 35°C i miesza aż do całkowitego rozpuszczenia NBPT a do tak sporządzonej mieszaniny korzystnie wprowadza się barwnik w ilości od 0,001 do 0,1 części masowych."The subject of the application is a composition containing N-(n-butyl)-thiophosphoric acid triamide (NBPT) and a solvent, in which the solvent is 2,5,7,10-tetraoxaundecane (TOU) and/or ethoxylated fatty amines of the general formula 1, where R" means a hydrocarbon with a number of carbon atoms C in the range from 16 to 18, and "a" and "b" mean the number of oxyethylene groups and/or an ethoxylated fatty alcohol with the general formula RO(CH2CH2O)XH, where "R" means a hydrocarbon with number of C carbon atoms ranging from 12 to 18, and "x" means the number of ethoxylated groups, preferably from 4 to 8, and the number of ethoxylated groups "a" and "b" is preferably from 4 to 10 and preferably contains a dye in the amount from 0.001 to 0.1 mass parts. The application also includes a method for preparing a solution containing N-(n-butyl)-thiophosphoric acid triamide (NBPT) and a solvent in which 2,5,7,10-tetraoxaundecane is introduced into the reactor as a solvent and/or ethoxylated fatty amines of the general formula 1, and/or ethoxylated fatty alcohol of the general formula RO(CH2CH2O)XH, then heated to 35°C and stirred until the NBPT is completely dissolved, and the dye is preferably added to the mixture prepared in this way quantities from 0.001 to 0.1 mass parts.
