Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykańczania dzianin wiskozowych, w którym zabarwioną lub zadrukowaną dzianinę poddaje się powlekaniu substancją nadającą dzianinie właściwości hydrofobowe. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że: prowadzi się powlekanie w reaktorze (210) za pomocą wału obrotowego (212) z ryflowaną powierzchnią, osadzonego w komorze reaktora (213) i częściowo zanurzonego w ciekłej kąpieli (211) wodnego roztworu zawierającego: od 1 do 7% wag. winylotrimetoksysilanu; od 32.8 do 93,95% wag. acetonu; od 0,05 do 0,2% wag. kwasu octowego; od 5 do 60% wag. wody. Dzianinę (221) przeprowadza się przez reaktor (210) powyżej lustra cieczy (217), opasaną stroną zewnętrzną na wale obrotowym (212), w układzie współbieżnym i powleka się dzianinę (221) od strony zewnętrznej, przy czym kąt opasania alfa wału obrotowego (212) przez dzianinę (221) wynosi od 20 st. do 45 st., przy czym oś obrotu wału (216) przebiega wzdłużnie, powyżej lustra cieczy (217), w odległości od lustra cieczy (h) wynoszącej od jednej trzeciej do dwóch trzecich promienia wału. The knit (221) is passed through the reactor (210) above the liquid surface (217), the outer side is banded on the rotary shaft (212), in a co-rotating system, and the knitwear (221) is coated on the outer side, the alpha angle of the rotational shaft ( 212) through knitwear (221) is from 20 to 45 degrees, with the shaft rotation axis (216) running longitudinally, above the liquid surface (217), at a distance from the liquid surface (h) of one third to two thirds shaft radius.
