Abstract

Folia do zabezpieczania powierzchni zawiera 50 - 99% kopolimerów etylenu, kopolimerów propylenu lub ich mieszaniny, składająca się z warstw, z których co najmniej jedna warstwa stanowi blok cienkich warstw którego udział w grubości całej folii wynosi 15% do 80%. W bloku cienkich warstw występuje co najmniej 10 mikrowarstw, korzystnie 10 - 100, wykonanych z polietylenu wysokiej gęstości (HDPE), polietylenu niskiej gęstości (LDPE), liniowego polietylenu niskiej gęstości (LLDPE), polietylenu o ultra niskiej gęstości (ULDPE), polipropylenu (PP), poliamidu (PA) lub kopolimerów. Blok cienkich warstw może być podzielony na 2 lub więcej odrębnych bloków, oddzielonych warstwą pośrednią. Mikrowarstwy korzystnie wykonane są z dwóch rodzajów tworzywa i usytuowane naprzemiennie. Grubość z mikrowarstw w bloku wynosi pomiędzy 0,05 a 1,00 µm. Folia posiada zewnętrzną warstwę adhezyjną o grubości 1 - 20 µm oraz przeciwległą zewnętrzną warstwę antyadhezyjną o grubości 1 - 20 µm. Sposób wytwarzania folii do zabezpieczania powierzchni, polega na tym, że folię wytwarza się w postaci wielowarstwowej z uplastycznionego tworzywa mieszaniny polimerów zawierającej od 50 - 99% kopolimerów etylenu, propylenu lub ich mieszaniny, wytłaczając z uplastycznionego tworzywa za pomocą głowicy szczelinowej lub metodą rozdmuchu folię, w której występuje co najmniej 1 blok cienkich warstw, stanowiący 15 - 80% grubości folii, składający się co najmniej z 10 mikrowarstw o grubości 0,05 - 1 µm, a nadto powierzchnię bloku pokrywa się zewnętrzną warstwą adhezyjną o grubości 1 - 20 µm, a przeciwległą powierzchnię warstwą antyadhezyjną o grubości 1 - 20 µm.
