Abstract

Zintegrowany falowodowy ferrytowy izolator mikrofalowy zawierający podłoże dielektryczne, na którym po jednej stronie nałożone są metalowe paski sygnałowe oraz element ferrytowy zwarty dwoma brzegami do ekranu, a po drugiej stronie pokryte jest folią metalową charakteryzuje się tym, że element ferrytowy utworzony jest z dwóch płytek ferrytowych (3), które oddzielone są od siebie warstwą dielektryka, zaś utworzona między płytkami ferrytowymi szczelina (s) wypełniona jest powietrzem lub materiałem dielektrycznym, przy czym płytki ferrytowe (3) magnesowane są poprzecznie antysymetrycznym polem jednorodnym za pomocą dwóch par naprzeciwlegle umieszczonych magnesów stałych (4, 5).An integrated waveguide ferrite microwave insulator containing a dielectric substrate, on which metal signal strips and a ferrite element short-circuited to the screen are applied on one side, and on the other is covered with metal foil, characterized by the fact that the ferrite element is formed of two ferrite plates ( 3), which are separated from each other by a dielectric layer, and the gap (s) formed between the ferrite plates is filled with air or dielectric material, whereby the ferrite plates (3) are magnetized transversely with an antisymmetric homogeneous field by means of two pairs of opposite permanent magnets (4) , 5).
