Abstract

A developed bottom of the footwear, especially for children, at least one element of which is manufactured by 3D printing (e.g. FDM - Fused Deposition Modeling, SLS - Selective Laser Sintering, PolyJet, CLIP - Continuous Liquid Interphase Printing) or injection method. To produce selected elements of the complete bottom (1), known materials are used: rubber or thermoplastic elastomers (TR, TPD) or polyurethane PUR systems (polyether, polyester) or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers. The developed solution of the underside system includes the bottom (1) of the shoe, characterized by the possibility of gradual increase of its linear size by about two sizes (in European numbering). In the bottom (1) one can distinguish its upper part, which is the midsole (2) and the bottom, bottom part, which is the trousers, usually a solid tread (3). At the same time, three solutions of the bottom system are envisaged: - with a one-piece inter-sole (2) used, consisting of cellular, collapsing, successively upper layers separated by vanishing planes, - with a multi-element inter-sole (2) with removable or replaceable , next upper layers and - with the accordion element of the bottom (1) placed in the midfoot, which is an integral part of the top, is located at the height of the longitudinal arch of the foot (in the midfoot) and separates the typical tread (3) and the typical inter-sole (2).
