Abstract
Urządzenie zabudowane na otwartej przestrzeni składa się z jednostki sterującej (A) i szafy magazynowej (B) butli pustych (6.1) i pełnych (6.2). W jednostce sterującej (A) zabudowany jest panel dostępu (2) z pulpitem użytkownika w górnej połówce jednostki. Poniżej panelu dostępu (2) ma zamkniętą skrytkę weryfikacyjną (3) butli pustych (6.1), której dno stanowi szalkę wagi tensometrycznej z zamocowanym elementem centrującym o ukształtowaniu pryzmy ustalającej położenie cylindrycznej butli pustej (6.1). W ściance sufitowej zabudowane jest źródło światła i kamera cyfrowa, która osią optyczną obiektywu usytuowana jest w pionowej płaszczyźnie wyznaczonej przez oś symetrii elementu centrującego oraz skierowana jest w strefę zaworu butli pustej (6.1). Szafa magazynowa (B) ma tylną ścianę ażurową a wydzielone w niej skrytki magazynowe (6) usytuowane są w dwóch warstwach oraz zamykane zamkami elektromagnetycznymi, które sterowane są sygnałami z układu sterowania. Wszystkie skrytki magazynowe (6) w szafie magazynowej (B) mają dna stanowiące szalki wag tensometrycznych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób weryfikacji typu butli w tym urządzeniu.
