Pionizator dynamiczny składa się z układu jezdnego, składanej ramy pionizacyjnej (2), systemu stabilizacji pacjenta (3), gdzie elementami systemu stabilizacji pacjenta (3) są stabilizator głowy (11), stabilizator piersiowy (4), uprząż korekcyjna (10), stabilizator biodrowy (5), stabilizator kolanowy (6), separator kończyn dolnych duży (8) lub separator kończyn dolnych mały (9) oraz podnóżki (7), które zamocowane są we wskazanej kolejności od góry do ramy pionizacyjnej (2). Stabilizator piersiowy (4) zamocowany jest do ramy pionizacyjnej (2) za pomocą połączenia gwintowego.
