Abstract
Sposób do stałego monitorowania bezpieczeństwa i podstawowych funkcji życiowych podopiecznych charakteryzuje się tym, że wyznaczony monitorowany obiekt pokryty jest zasięgiem radiowym sieci radiolatarni w taki sposób, że w każdym miejscu monitorowanych pomieszczeń (PMM) opaska diagnostyczna (OD) i detektor upadku (DU) umieszczony na pasie biodrowym, w które zaopatrzony jest każdy z podopiecznych (PD) komunikują się z co najmniej trzema radiolatarniami, realizując bieżący monitoring, poprzez radiolatarnię centralną (RC) i informatyczne centrum monitorowania systemu (ICMS), w postaci przekazywania bieżącej informacji personelowi medycznemu (PM) wyposażonemu w opaski (OP) o miejscu pobytu podopiecznych (PD) w monitorowanych pomieszczeniach (PMM). W sytuacji uruchomienia sygnału alarmowego w przypadku upadku przesłanego poprzez detektor upadku (DU) i/lub sygnału przesłanego przez opaskę diagnostyczną (OD) o przekroczeniu wartości granicznych mierzonych parametrów ciśnienia krwi, tętna, temperatury ciała podopiecznych (PD) lub sygnału zmiany wilgotności otaczającego powietrza lub o okoliczności opuszczenia obiektu przez podopiecznych (PD) powodują wszczęcie procedury alarmowej w zakresie udzielenia pomocy. Układ według zgłoszenia ma w monitorowanych pomieszczeniach (PMM) usytuowane w stałych zmapowanych lokalizacjach radiolatarnie stacjonarne (RS), w którym przebywają podopieczni (PD) wyposażeni w opaski diagnostyczne (OD) oraz w detektor upadku (DU) oraz personel medyczny (PM) i/lub lekarze (L) wyposażeni w opaski personelu (OP), a z kolei w wyodrębnionym pomieszczeniu znajduje się radiolatarnia centralna (RC) połączona linią komunikacyjną z informatycznym centrum monitorowania systemu (ICMS). Przy czym opaski diagnostyczne (OD), detektory upadku (DU), opaski personelu (OP) oraz radiolatarnie stacjonarne (RS) z interfejsami poprzez zainstalowane w nich moduły radiowe połączone są wzajemnie ze sobą dwukierunkową komunikacją bezprzewodową (ŁBP).
