Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykańczania dzianin poliestrowych, w którym dzianinę barwi się najpierw barwnikiem podstawowym, po czym po wyżęciu barwi się dzianinę barwnikiem termochromowym, po czym po wyżęciu i relaksacji zabarwioną dzianinę poddaje się napawaniu substancją nadającą dzianinie właściwości hydrofobowe, znamienny tym, że: prowadzi się napawanie dzianiny w fulardzie z prędkością do 200 mb/godz. wodnym roztworem zawierającym: od 1,0 do 3,3% wag. winylotrimetoksysilanu; od 72,2 do 89,9% wag. acetonu; od 0,05 do 0,2% wag. kwasu octowego; od 6,6 do 26,75% wag. wody. W trakcie napawania, za pomocą wirnikowego mieszadła zainstalowanego w dolnej części zbiornika fulardu, prowadzi się ciągłe i intensywne mieszanie składników wodnego roztworu do napawania, który utrzymuje się w temperaturze poniżej 50°C; a następnie dzianinę suszy się i stabilizuje w temperaturze od 100 do 160°C.The subject of the application is a method of finishing knitted polyester fabrics, in which the knitted fabric is dyed first with a basic dye, after which after knitting, the knitted fabric is dyed with a thermochromic dye, after which, after wringing and relaxing, the colored knit is subjected to padding with a substance that gives the fabric hydrophobic properties, characterized in that: surfacing of knitwear in a folding fabric at speeds up to 200 mb / h aqueous solution containing: from 1.0 to 3.3 wt. vinyltrimethoxysilane; from 72.2 to 89.9% by weight acetone; from 0.05 to 0.2% by weight acetic acid; from 6.6 to 26.75 wt. water. During the surfacing, a continuous and intensive mixing of the components of the aqueous surfacing solution is carried out by means of a rotor stirrer installed in the bottom of the fulard tank; it is kept at a temperature below 50 ° C; and then the knitwear is dried and stabilized at a temperature of 100 to 160 ° C.
