Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób kształtowania zwoju ślimaka na tokarce sterowanej numerycznie za pomocą dwóch narzędzi z wymiennymi płytkami skrawającymi będącymi w seryjnej produkcji. Obrabiane ślimaki mogą być stosowane zwłaszcza w przekładni spiroidalnej o niesymetrycznym zarysie zwoju ślimaka lub przekładni ślimakowej. Przedmiot obrabiany (1) w postaci wałka mocuje się przy pomocy tarczy zabierakowej (2) z jednej strony i podpiera kłem obrotowym (3) z drugiej strony, natomiast dwoma płytkami skrawającymi umieszczonych w dwóch oprawkach nożowych odpowiednio noża tokarskiego 1 (4) i noża tokarskiego 2 (5), które z kolei osadzone są w gniazdach głowicy narzędziowej tokarki, nacina się zwój ślimaka poprzez obróbkę skrawaniem, najpierw jednej powierzchni bocznej zwoju przy pomocy noża tokarskiego 1 (4), a następnie drugiej powierzchni bocznej zwoju przy pomocy noża tokarskiego 2 (5), przy czym kształtowanie zwoju ślimaka odbywa się poprzez stopniowe zagłębianie płytki skrawającej - w kolejnych przejściach obróbczych - w głąb wałka, w którym kształtowany jest zwój ślimaka, najpierw podczas obróbki jednej powierzchni bocznej zwoju poprzez dosuw promieniowy wgłębny noża tokarskiego 1 (4), następnie podczas obróbki drugiej powierzchni bocznej zwoju poprzez dosuw promieniowy wgłębny noża tokarskiego 2 (5) do boku zwoju.The subject of the invention is a method of forming a screw turn on a numerically controlled lathe by means of two tools with interchangeable cutting inserts in series production. The workpiece (1) in the form of a shaft is clamped with a driving disk (2) on one side and supported with a rotary claw (3) on the other, while two cutting inserts placed in two knife holders, respectively, turning tool 1 (4) and turning tool 2 (5), which in turn are embedded in the lathe tool head seats, cut the screw turn by machining, first one side surface of the roll with the turning tool 1 (4), and then the other side surface of the roll with the turning tool 2 ( 5), whereby the screw turn is shaped by gradually sinking the cutting insert - in subsequent machining passes - deep into the shaft in which the screw turn is formed, first when machining one side surface of the roll by radial infeed of the turning tool 1 (4), then when machining the second lateral surface of the coil by infeed ferry Chisel plunger turning tool 2 (5) to the side of the coil.
