Przedmiotem wynalazku jest grzejnik płytowy o zwiększonej efektywności cieplnej, posiadający płytę czołową, która pełni rolę promiennika ciepła oraz rurowy wymiennik ciepła umieszczony za tą płytą, przy czym w powierzchni tylnej płyty wykonany jest kanał, w którym umieszczony jest częściowo lub całkowicie rurowy wymiennik ciepła, a pomiędzy kanałem (7) a rurowym wymiennikiem ciepła (2) znajduje się warstwa kleju termoprzewodzącego (6).
