Do ramy stałej(4) narzędzia osi Z za pomocą wózka złożonego z nakrętki kulowej (5) i łożysk liniowych (6) przymocowana jest ruchoma rama nośna narzędzia osi Z (3)z prowadnicą liniową osi Z (11), do której przymocowane jest narzędzie smarujące (1) z zestawem wałków (1). Do budowy narzędzia smarującego wykorzystano cztery symetrycznie zamocowane wałki połączone z ruchomą ramą nośną osi Z (3)za pomocą przegubu kulowego (2).The subject of the application is a device for automatic lubrication of molds used for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete, consisting of a three-axis Cartesian robot mounted on a support frame (8), to which linear guides of the X, (9) and Y axes are attached (10) to which the fixed Z-axis tool support frame (4) is attached.
