Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania granulowanego perlitu, z materiału sypkiego w postaci odpadu perlitowego w drodze jego granulacji z użyciem wodnego roztworu szkła wodnego do jego nawilżania podczas granulacji, polegający na tym, że granulat wytwarza się z pyłu perlitowego o wilgotności do 0,5 i o uziarnieniu do 0,1 mm, przy czym najpierw do poziomego granulatora bębnowego o pracy okresowej wprowadza się pył perlitowy w takiej ilości, aby stosunek objętości wprowadzonego pyłu perlitowego do objętości bębna granulatora był równy 0,15 - 0,45, po czym prowadzi się granulację pyłu perlitowego przy szybkości obrotowej bębna granulatora 10 - 25 obrotów/minutę w czasie 6 - 20 minut z równoczesnym natryskiwaniem granulowanego złoża wodnym roztworem szkła wodnego o temperaturze 10 - 21°C, wprowadzanym za pomocą zestawu dysz umocowanych osiowo wewnątrz bębna, pod ciśnieniem 10 - 30 kPa w ilości 5 - 30 części wagowych na 10 części wagowych złoża, po czym na przesypujące się w bębnie złoże nanosi się porcję pyłu perlitowego w ilości 2 - 5 części wagowych na 10 części wagowych początkowo dostarczonego perlitu i kontynuuje granulację przez kolejnych 4 - 20 minut, po czym uzyskany granulat suszy się.A method of producing granulated perlite from loose material in the form of perlite waste by its granulation using an aqueous solution of water glass for moisturizing it during granulation, consisting in the fact that the granulate is made of perlite dust with a moisture content of up to 0.5 and a grain size of 0, 1 mm, with first perlite dust being introduced into the horizontal drum granulator with periodic operation in such an amount that the ratio of the volume of introduced perlite dust to the volume of the granulator drum is equal to 0.15 - 0.45, followed by granulation of perlite dust at a speed of rotary drum granulator 10 - 25 rpm for 6 - 20 minutes with simultaneous spraying of the granulated bed with an aqueous solution of water glass at a temperature of 10 - 21 ° C, introduced by means of a set of nozzles fixed axially inside the drum at a pressure of 10 - 30 kPa in the amount of 5 - 30 parts by weight per 10 parts by weight of bed, then dumped drum-bearing bed, a portion of perlite dust in the amount of 2 - 5 parts by weight per 10 parts by weight of the initially supplied perlite is applied and the granulation is continued for another 4 - 20 minutes, after which the obtained granulate is dried.
