Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób obróbki wstępnej węgla brunatnego przed procesem jego biosolubilizacji przy użyciu mikroorganizmów, w celu uzyskania podatności węgla na ten proces, który polega na tym, że węgiel brunatny poddaje się działaniu nadtlenku wodoru poddanego uprzednio ozonowaniu, wkraplanego do węgla w czasie 1 godziny, po czym węgiel poddaje się inkubowaniu w temperaturze 20 - 30°C, statycznemu lub w trakcie mieszania i po tym czasie oddziela się przygotowany węgiel od fazy ciekłej. Ozonowanie nadtlenku wodoru prowadzi się za pomocą mieszaniny ozonu i powietrza w temperaturze 19 - 20°C w czasie 60 - 90 minut. Obróbce poddaje się węgiel brunatny o granulacji 0,8 - 2 mm.The subject of the application is a method of pre-treatment of brown coal before its biosolubilization process using microorganisms, in order to obtain carbon susceptibility to this process, which consists in the fact that brown coal is subjected to the action of hydrogen peroxide previously ozonized, dropped into coal during 1 hour, after which the carbon is incubated at 20-30 ° C, static or under agitation, and after that time the prepared carbon is separated from the liquid phase. Ozone hydrogen peroxide is carried out with a mixture of ozone and air at a temperature of 19-20 ° C for 60-90 minutes. Brown coal with a granulation of 0.8 - 2 mm is treated.
