Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest grunt hydrofobizowany, który zawiera: 50 - 97,45% gruntu spoistego, 0,05 - 5% dodatku funkcyjnego, 2 - 15% wody, 0,5 - 30% cementu, przy czym dodatek funkcyjny zawiera glikolan diamidoaminy w ilości 0,0 - 100% w stosunku do sumy masy dodatku funkcyjnego, hydroksypiwalan diamidoaminy w ilości 0,0 - 100% w stosunku do sumy masy dodatku funkcyjnego i mleczan diamidoaminy w ilości 0,0 - 99,9% w stosunku do masy dodatku funkcyjnego.
