Abstract
Sposób przetwarzania mieszanych odpadów opakowaniowych, w szczególności odpadów mieszanych, pochodzących z przemysłu spożywczego charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje kolejno następujące etapy: odpady opakowaniowe, zawierające od 3 do 60% suchej masy organicznej, zasypuje się do przesiewacza zgrubnego; wstępnie przesegregowane odpady transportuje się na sekcję rozdrabniacza (104), w której odpady rozdrabnia się za pomocą wału rozdrabniającego wyposażonego w dyski rozdrabniające; rozdrobnione odpady rozdziela się na trzy frakcje: o wielkości cząstek od 0 do 100 mm, od 80 do 200 mm oraz powyżej 200 mm; rozdrobnione, rozdzielone na frakcje odpady segreguje się najpierw na separatorach magnetycznych, a następnie na stole separacyjnym w postaci nachylonego sita wibracyjnego, o kącie nachylenia od 15° do 25°, które napędza się mimośrodem oraz dodatkowo, podczas separacji (107) wprowadza się powietrze pod ciśnieniem od 0,3 do 0,7 MPa we frakcjonowany produkt od dołu pokładu przesiewającego; rozdrobnione, rozdzielone na frakcje i posegregowane odpady surowców wtórnych poddaje się cyklicznemu czyszczeniu roztworami enzymów proteolitycznych i lipolitycznych o stężeniu od 0,05 do 5% w temperaturze od 30 do 70°C, w czasie cyklu od 5 do 25 minut.A method of processing mixed packaging waste, in particular mixed waste from the food industry, characterized in that it comprises successively the following stages: packaging waste, containing from 3 to 60% of dry organic matter, is filled into a coarse screen; the pre-sorted waste is transported to the shredder section (104), in which the waste is shredded by means of a shredding shaft equipped with shredding discs; shredded waste is separated into three fractions: with a particle size from 0 to 100 mm, from 80 to 200 mm and above 200 mm; shredded, separated into fractions waste is first segregated on magnetic separators, and then on the separation table in the form of an inclined vibrating screen, with an angle of inclination from 15 ° to 25 °, which is driven by an eccentric and additionally, during separation (107) air is introduced under pressure from 0.3 to 0.7 MPa into the fractionated product from the bottom of the screening deck; shredded, separated into fractions and segregated waste of secondary raw materials is subjected to cyclic cleaning with solutions of proteolytic and lipolytic enzymes at a concentration of 0.05 to 5% at a temperature of 30 to 70 ° C, during a cycle of 5 to 25 minutes.
