Abstract
Przegubowa rozpora regulowana, zwłaszcza do stabilizacji odrzwi obudowy wyrobisk korytarzowych górniczych, zawierająca ramię rozpory, elementy zaciskowe oraz śrubę łączącą, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada łącznik (1) stanowiący zacisk złożony z dwóch tulei dystansowych które ustawione są współosiowo, a powierzchnie ich styku są przecięte płaszczyzną pod kątem od 20° do 45°, korzystnie 35° i rozsunięte względem siebie przez co tworzą szczelinę, w którą wprowadzona jest spłaszczona końcówka z otworem rurowego ramienia (4) rozpory, zaś pozostałymi elementami konstrukcyjnymi rozpory jest obejma kabłąkowa (2) obejmująca kształtownik (6) obudowy górniczej, strzemię (3) oraz ramię (4) rozpory złożone z dwóch części rurowych połączonych śrubą (5) dwustronnie gwintowaną, przy czym części rurowe mają trwale zamocowane nakrętki (8), w jednej z prawym, w drugiej z lewym gwintem i połączone są poprzez śrubę (5) dwugwintową, odpowiednio z prawym z jednej i lewym gwintem z drugiej strony, natomiast ramię (4) wraz z tulejami zacisku (1) nawleczone są na gwintowaną końcówkę obejmy (2), zaś średnica otworu w końcówce ramienia (4) jest większa od średnicy obejmy (2). Preferably the hook clamp is a structural element in the articulated adjustable strut.
