Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest sposób wytwarzania pustaków budowlanych, mających zastosowanie w konstruowaniu budowli różnego typu, w szczególności w procesie wznoszenia ścian budynków mieszkaniowych jedno- i wielorodzinnych, jak również biurowców. Sposób wywarzania pustaków budowlanych charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej kolejności przestrzeń pomiędzy ziarnami kruszywa keramzytowego o frakcji zawierającej się w przedziale 4 ÷ 10 mm, wypełnia się mieszaniną perlitu, piasku 0/2 i cementu wysokiej wytrzymałości 42,5 albo cementu o wysokiej wytrzymałości 52,5, przy czym w 100 jednostkach masy mieszaniny perlitowo-keramzytowej znajduje się keramzyt w ilości zawierającej się w przedziale od 50% do 65% masy mieszaniny, korzystnie 55% masy mieszaniny, perlit w ilości zawierającej się w przedziale od 20% do 35% masy mieszaniny, korzystnie 25%, oraz piasek 0/2 w ilości zawierającej się w przedziale od 10% do 40% masy mieszaniny, korzystnie 20% masy mieszaniny następnie do tak przygotowanej mieszaniny dodaje się cement o wysokiej wytrzymałości, wodę i domieszkę chemiczną opartą na mieszaninie polimerów, lignosulfonianów i środków powierzchniowo-czynnych, uzyskując beton perlitowo-keramzytowy o gęstości 1000 ÷ 1200 kg/m3, który to beton wprowadza się do form kształtowych, umożliwiających uzyskanie wąskich wewnętrznych szczelin, symetrycznie rozłożonych na całej szerokości pustaka, przy czym szerokość pojedynczej szczeliny zawiera się w przedziale od 2% do 4% szerokości pustaka, korzystnie 3% szerokości pustaka, natomiast odstępy pomiędzy szczelinami zawierają się w przedziale od 8% do 12% szerokości pustaka, korzystnie 10% szerokości pustaka, dalej beton zagęszcza się, po czym rozformowuje się i poddaje leżakowaniu, a następnie tak uformowane pustaki budowlane szlifuje się.The subject of the notification presented in the drawing is a method of producing building blocks, which are used in the construction of various types of buildings, in particular in the process of erecting the walls of single- and multi-family residential buildings, as well as office buildings. The method of making building blocks is characterized by the fact that in the first place the space between the particles of expanded clay aggregate with a fraction in the range of 4 ÷ 10 mm, is filled with a mixture of perlite, 0/2 sand and high-strength cement 42.5 or high-strength cement 52 , 5, where in 100 units of the mass of the perlite-expanded clay mixture there is expanded clay in an amount ranging from 50% to 65% of the mass of the mixture, preferably 55% of the mass of the mixture, perlite in an amount ranging from 20% to 35% mass of the mixture, preferably 25%, and sand 0/2 in an amount in the range from 10% to 40% of the mass of the mixture, preferably 20% of the mass of the mixture, then high-strength cement, water and a chemical additive based on the mixture a mixture of polymers, lignosulphonates and surfactants to obtain perlite-expanded clay concrete at 1000 ÷ 1200 kg / m3, which concrete is introduced into shaped forms, enabling narrow internal gaps, symmetrically distributed over the entire width of the block, with the width of a single gap in the range from 2% to 4% of the width of the block, preferably 3 % of the width of the block, while the spacing between the gaps are in the range of 8% to 12% of the width of the block, preferably 10% of the width of the block, further the concrete is compacted, after which it is deformed and aged, and then the building blocks are sanded.
