Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielowarstwowa folia poliolefinowa, o grubości 40 - 350 µm, przeznaczona zwłaszcza na opakowania zgrzewane lub termoformowane, składa się z następujących warstw: 1. warstwa I - poliamid 6 stanowiąca 20 - 30% grubości całkowitej, 2. warstwa II - kopolimer szczepiony bezwodnika maleinowego na polietylenie stanowiąca 5 - 7% grubości całkowitej, 3. warstwa III - kompozyt złożony z polietylenu małej gęstości w ilości 90 - 98 cz. mas., bentonitu modyfikowanego czwartorzędową solą amoniową, korzystnie didecylodimetyloamoniową, w ilości 0,5 - 1,0 cz. mas. oraz poliamidu 6 w ilości 0 -30% wag, i aktywowanego haloizytu w ilości 0,5 - 1,0 cz. mas. i kompatybilizatora, w ilości 0,5 - 2,0 cz. mas. oraz poliamidu 6 w ilości 0 - 30% wag., stanowiąca 8 - 35% grubości całkowitej, 4. warstwa IV - kopolimer szczepiony bezwodnika maleinowego na polietylenie, stanowiąca 5 - 7% grubości całkowitej, 5. warstwa V - mieszanina 2 rodzajów polietylenu: małej gęstości (PE LD) i liniowego małej gęstości (PE LLD) stanowiąca 20 - 45% grubości całkowitej.The subject of the application is a multilayer polyolefin film, 40 - 350 µm thick, intended especially for heat-sealed or thermoformed packaging, consists of the following layers: 1. layer I - polyamide 6 constituting 20-30% of total thickness, 2. layer II - graft copolymer maleic anhydride on polyethylene representing 5-7% of total thickness, 3rd layer - a composite composed of low density polyethylene in the amount of 90 - 98 parts bentonite, modified with quaternary ammonium salt, preferably didecyldimethylammonium, in an amount of 0.5 - 1.0 parts the masses. and polyamide 6 in an amount of 0-30% by weight, and activated halloysite in an amount of 0.5 - 1.0 parts. the masses. and compatibilizer, in an amount of 0.5 - 2.0 parts. the masses. and polyamide 6 in an amount of 0-30% by weight, constituting 8-35% of the total thickness, 4th layer IV - graft copolymer of maleic anhydride on polyethylene, constituting 5-7% of total thickness, 5. layer V - a mixture of 2 types of polyethylene: low density (PE LD) and linear low density (PE LLD) representing 20 - 45% of the total thickness.
