Abstract

Sposób zabudowy maszyny wyciągowej z rozproszonym systemem sterowania charakteryzuje się tym, że elementy składowe maszyny wyciągowej m. in. takie jak podzespoły zasilające, podzespoły sterownicze, podzespoły wykonawcze, rama wsporcza, przekładnie, silniki napędowe, agregat hamulcowy, bęben nawojowy, kabina operatora oraz elementy sanitarne znajdują się w modułach kontenerowych o gabarytach i masach dopuszczalnych do publicznego (z wyłączeniem maksymalnie jednego kontenera (2)) jako transport normatywny (1), wykorzystuje bloki fundamentowe (3) o gabarytach i masach dopuszczalnych do transportu publicznego jako transport normatywny, a w strukturze sterowania maszyny zastosowany został system rozproszony (4), który pozwala na zminimalizowanie (wymaganych do uzyskania pełnej funkcjonalności) ilości połączeń sygnałowych, tworząc jednocześnie modułową budowę układu sterowania umożliwiającą łatwą rozbudowę o nowe funkcje. Rozwiązanie umożliwia wielokrotny montaż i demontaż maszyny wyciągowej wraz z fundamentem w miejscu eksploatacji.The installation method of the winding machine with a distributed control system is characterized by the fact that the components of the winding machine include such as power supply subassemblies, control subassemblies, executive subassemblies, support frame, gearboxes, drive motors, brake aggregate, winding drum, operator's cabin and sanitary elements are located in container modules with dimensions and public admissible masses (excluding a maximum of one container (2 )) as normative transport (1), uses foundation blocks (3) with dimensions and masses acceptable for public transport as normative transport, and the machine control structure uses a dispersed system (4), which allows minimizing (required to achieve full functionality) the number of signal connections, while creating a modular design of the control system enabling easy expansion with new functions. The solution enables multiple assembly and disassembly of the winding machine together with the foundation at the place of use.
