Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest moduł konstrukcyjny do budowy ścian budynków modułowych, który ma postać ramy nośnej składającej się z elementów konstrukcyjnych w formie spłaszczonych prostopadłościanów, to jest z: belki górnej, belki dolnej i dwóch słupków bocznych, połączonych ze sobą, korzystnie zbitych gwoździami, w taki sposób, że tworzą ramę prostokątną, do której to ramy przymocowana jest zamykająca jej prześwit płyta, której szerokość odpowiada szerokości ramy nośnej, natomiast długość jest większa o co najmniej kilka centymetrów, korzystnie o 5 cm, od wysokości ramy nośnej, przy tym płyta przymocowana jest do ramy nośnej tak, że po stronie belki górnej krawędź płyty pokrywa się z krawędzią zewnętrzną belki górnej, natomiast po stronie belki dolnej płyta wystaje poza dolną krawędź belki dolnej, tworząc na dole modułu wypust. Istotę zgłoszenia stanowi również ściana budynku modułowego wykonana na bazie modułów konstrukcyjnych pełnych (1)i/lub połówkowych (2).The subject of the application is a structural module for constructing the walls of modular buildings, which has the form of a support frame consisting of structural elements in the form of flattened cuboids, i.e. an upper beam, a lower beam and two side posts connected with each other, preferably nailed together, in such the way they form a rectangular frame, to which the frame is attached a plate closing its clearance, whose width corresponds to the width of the support frame, while the length is greater by at least a few centimeters, preferably by 5 cm, from the height of the support frame, while the plate is attached to the support frame so that on the upper beam side the edge of the plate coincides with the outer edge of the upper beam, while on the lower beam side the plate protrudes beyond the lower edge of the lower beam, forming a projection at the bottom of the module. The essence of the notification is also a modular building wall made on the basis of full (1) and / or half (2) structural modules.
