Abstract

Głowica do wytłaczania kompozytów polimerowych ze zbrojeniem w postaci odcinków włókien posiada dwa, symetrycznie ustawione względem osi wytłaczania kompozytu kanały transportowe o prostym lub wyprofilowanym zarysie i przekroju kołowym doprowadzające materiał termoplastyczny (1) do dyszy wytłaczającej (3). Dysza posiada otwór wyjściowy o średnicy między 0,3 - 0,5 mm, długości pomiędzy 1 - 2,5 mm, stożek wejściowy o kącie pomiędzy 45 a 100 stopni. Kanał transportu włókien zbrojeniowy o długości od 1 do 6 mm i średnicy do 0,2 mm ustawiony jest wzdłuż osi wytłaczania. Odpowiednio dobrane cechy geometryczne otworu wyjściowego dyszy zapewniają ustawienie włókien zbrojeniowych w materiale wyjściowym z odchyleniem od osi wytłaczania o maksymalnie 20 stopni.The extrusion head for polymer composites with reinforcement in the form of fiber sections has two symmetrically arranged transport lines with a straight or profiled outline and circular cross-section, feeding the thermoplastic material (1) to the extrusion nozzle (3). The nozzle has an outlet with a diameter between 0.3 - 0.5 mm, a length between 1 - 2.5 mm, an entrance cone with an angle between 45 and 100 degrees. The fiber transport channel with a length of 1 to 6 mm and a diameter of up to 0.2 mm is positioned along the extrusion axis. Appropriately selected geometrical features of the nozzle exit hole ensure the setting of reinforcing fibers in the starting material with a deviation from the extrusion axis of up to 20 degrees.
