Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wysokowytrzymałych prętów polegający na jednokrotnym wyciskaniu hydrostatycznym, w temperaturze pokojowej wsadu (1) wykonanego z niewypełnionego polikaprolaktamu. Zmniejszenie pola przekroju poprzecznego wsadu (1) następujące w trakcie tego wyciskania wynosi od 3,5 do 5,5, a wytwarzany pręt (8) jest na bieżąco chłodzony zimną wodą. Sposobem tym otrzymuje się pręty, których wytrzymałość na rozciąganie jest większa niż 450 MPa a moduł zginania jest wyższy niż 2700 MPa. Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest także pręt uzyskany powyższym sposobem.
