Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest moduł konstrukcyjny choinki stosowany jako element konstrukcji choinek bożonarodzeniowych oraz innych elementów dekoracyjnych. Moduł konstrukcyjny choinki składający się z tulei oraz tarczy nośnej charakteryzuje się tym, że tuleja (1) w dolnej swojej części zawiera co najmniej dwa występy ustawcze (2) natomiast górna część tulei (1) zawiera tarczę (4), w której znajdują się gniazda ustalające (5) o podziałce kątowej korzystnie o 10° większej od podstawowej; tuleja (1) zawiera również użebrowanie (6) stanowiące podłużne gniazda stanowiące prowadnice dla gałązek oraz zaczepy w postaci pierścienia (9).
