Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest złoże ogrodnicze, zwłaszcza do uprawy roślin. Złoże stanowi przynajmniej jedną utworzoną w gruncie lub obudowie (1) samonośną komorę (2), która przynajmniej częściowo wypełniona jest materiałem zdolnym do kumulacji wody (3) oraz glebą naturalną lub sztuczną (5), przy czym od góry komora (2) przynajmniej w części osłonięta jest sztywną, odporną na działanie wody, przepuszczalną dla wody i przerastających korzeni roślin membraną (4) o ustalonym położeniu.
