Kompozytowy panel budowlany, zawierający rdzeń z pianki poliuretanowej mający dwie płaskie powierzchnie, w którym na każdej z powierzchni rdzenia (1) wtopiony jest zestaw stalowych profili otwartych (2, 2', 3) zawierający co najmniej dwa rozmieszczone w odstępie wzdłużne profile nośne (2, 2') i dwa poprzeczne profile krańcowe (3), przy czym co najmniej jedna ścianka każdego profilu (2, 2', 3) leży zasadniczo na powierzchni rdzenia (1) i co najmniej jedna ścianka skierowana jest do wewnątrz rdzenia (1).
