Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu wapniowego, z materiału sypkiego, w postaci błota posaturacyjnego i mączki kredowej, na drodze granulacji, z użyciem wody do nawilżania podczas granulacji, polegający na tym, że jako materiał sypki stosuje się błoto posaturacyjne o wilgotności do 0,5 i o uziarnieniu do 2,5 mm oraz mączkę kredową o wilgotności do 0,05 i uziarnieniu do 0,5 mm, a granulację prowadzi się w granulatorze bębnowym o pracy ciągłej pochylonym do poziomu pod kątem 1 - 6°, przy czym do bębna granulatora obracającego się z prędkością obrotową 10 - 30 obr/min wprowadza się, przez otwór czołowy, ze stałą wydajnością błoto posaturacyjne, a granulujące się i przemieszczające się w sposób stały w bębnie w kierunku otworu wylotowego złoże błota posaturacyjnego nawilża się wodą o temperaturze 10 - 25°C, wprowadzaną pod ciśnieniem 10 - 30 kPa za pomocą zestawu dysz, którego początek znajduje się w odległości 0,05 - 0,15 długości bębna mierzonej od otworu czołowego, a koniec w odległości 0,3 - 0,4 długości bębna od otworu czołowego, przy czym wydajność przepływu cieczy nawilżającej wynosi 0,15 - 0,35 wydajności dostarczanego przez otwór czołowy błota, z kolei w odległości równej 0,05 - 0,3 długości bębna od otworu wylotowego bębna na przesypujące się i przemieszczające się w kierunku otworu wylotowego wilgotne i zgranulowane złoże nanosi się mączkę kredową ze stałą wydajnością wynoszącą 0,15 - 0,55 wydajności przemieszczającego się w bębnie złoża, a otrzymane granulki wysypuje się z bębna przez otwór wylotowy.The subject of the application is a method for the production of granulated calcium fertilizer from loose material, in the form of post-saturation mud and chalk flour, by granulation, using water for moisturizing during granulation, consisting in the use of post-saturation mud with a moisture content of 0, 5 and grain size up to 2.5 mm and chalk flour with moisture content up to 0.05 and grain size up to 0.5 mm, and granulation is carried out in a continuous drum granulator inclined to the level at an angle of 1 - 6 °, with the granulator drum rotating at a speed of 10-30 rpm, through the front opening, the post-saturation mud is introduced with constant efficiency, and the granulation and post-discharge bed moving permanently in the drum towards the outlet opening is moistened with water at a temperature of 10-25 ° C, introduced at a pressure of 10-30 kPa by means of a set of nozzles whose origin is in 0.05 - 0.15 drum length measured from the front hole, and the end at a distance of 0.3 - 0.4 drum length from the front hole, where the flow rate of the moisturizing liquid is 0.15 - 0.35 efficiency delivered through the hole frontal mud, in turn, at a distance of 0.05 - 0.3 drum length from the drum outlet hole, a chalked flour with a constant capacity of 0.15-0.55 is applied to the wet and granular bed moving towards the outlet hole efficiency of the bed moving in the drum, and the obtained granules are poured out of the drum through the outlet opening.
