Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest tworzywo o działaniu antymikrobiologicznym i antyoksydacyjnym oraz sposób jego otrzymywania, do stosowania zwłaszcza do wytwarzania opakowań w przemyśle spożywczym. Tworzywo według wynalazku zawiera na 100 części wagowych PCV zawiera od 0,2 do 30 części wagowych olejku kasjowego oraz od 0,1 do 70 części wagowych dowolnego plastyfikatora PVC. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób otrzymywania tworzywa polimerowego o działaniu antymikrobiologicznym i antyoksydacyjnym charakteryzującym się tym, że do mieszalnika o temperaturze 85 - 115°C, wprowadza się 100 części wagowych suspensyjnego PVC, oraz od 1 do 4 części wagowych stabilizatora termicznego, następnie całość miesza się do czasu osiągnięcia przez mieszaninę temperatury ≥ 80°C, a do powstałej mieszaniny PVC ze stabilizatorem termicznym dodaje się mieszaninę ciekłych składników, otrzymaną poprzez mechaniczne wymieszanie od 0,1 do 70 części wagowych plastyfikatora z od 0,2 do 30 części wagowych olejku kasjowego, a następnie całość kompozycji miesza się przez 5 do 15 minut, kolejno mieszankę chłodzi się do temperatury 16 - 25°C i wytłacza znanymi sposobami przy czym temperatura uplastyczniania i temperatura wytłaczania jest ≤ 165°C.The subject of the application is a material with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties and a method of obtaining it, especially for use in the production of packaging in the food industry. The material according to the invention contains, per 100 parts by weight of PVC, from 0.2 to 30 parts by weight of cassium oil and from 0.1 to 70 parts by weight of any PVC plasticizer. The application also includes a method for obtaining a polymer material with antimicrobial and antioxidant activity, characterized by the fact that 100 parts by weight of suspension PVC and from 1 to 4 parts by weight of a thermal stabilizer are introduced into a mixer at a temperature of 85 - 115°C, then the whole thing is mixed until time the mixture reaches a temperature of ≥ 80°C, and a mixture of liquid ingredients obtained by mechanically mixing from 0.1 to 70 parts by weight of the plasticizer with from 0.2 to 30 parts by weight of cassium oil is added to the resulting PVC mixture with a thermal stabilizer, and then the entire composition is mixed for 5 to 15 minutes, then the mixture is cooled to a temperature of 16 - 25°C and extruded using known methods, with the plasticization temperature and extrusion temperature being ≤ 165°C.
