Plaster pszczeli niezbrojony drutem wykonany z arkusza czystej węzy pszczelej zaciśniętej w dwóch połówkach niemetalowej ramki pszczelej wykonanej z drewna lub przyjaznego dla miodu materiału charakteryzuje się tym, że przy pozyskiwaniu miodu sposobem wyciskania plaster nie musi być w ogóle wzmocniony, natomiast przy pozyskiwaniu miodu metodą wirowania, zastępujemy wewnętrzne wzmocnienie plastra zewnętrzną ochroną plastra przed wyłamaniem.
