Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania kompozytu zwierającego płyn zagęszczany ścinaniem, w którym ciecz dylatancyjna jest zawarta w osnowie poliuretanowej, polegający na tym, że przygotowuje się mieszaninę prepolimeru uretanowego i składnika diizocyjanianowego, przedłużacza łańcucha oraz katalizatora, i tym prepolimerem zalewa się umieszczony w formie elastomerowej płyn zagęszczany ścinaniem, w którym fazę ciągłą stanowi glikol lub glicerol, a fazę rozproszoną stanowi krzemionka, po czym pozostawia się do utwardzenia. Płyn zagęszczany ścinaniem wprowadza się do formy elastomerowej w formie organożelu otrzymanego uprzednio w ten sposób, że płyn zagęszczany ścinaniem miesza się ze środkiem sieciującym oraz z inicjatorem polimeryzacji i tę mieszaninę ogrzewa się w formie lub wkrapla się do nie rozpuszczalnika.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining a composite containing a shear thickened fluid, in which the dilatant liquid is contained in a polyurethane matrix, consisting in the preparation of a mixture of a urethane prepolymer and a diisocyanate component, a chain extender and a catalyst, and this prepolymer is poured into the elastomeric liquid shear thickened, in which the continuous phase is glycol or glycerol and the dispersed phase is silica, after which it is allowed to cure. The shear thickened fluid is introduced into the elastomeric form in the form of an organogel previously obtained in such a way that the shear thickened fluid is mixed with the crosslinking agent and the polymerization initiator and this mixture is heated in the mold or added dropwise to the solvent.
