Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw do montażu pojemników osadzanych na znormalizowanych paletach, mający zastosowanie do przechowywania oraz transportu drobnych przedmiotów, szczególnie słodyczy, chemii gospodarczej i innych, w systemach logistycznych. Zestaw ten charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go arkusz podstawowy (2), o zarysie symetrycznym względem osi wzdłużnej, mający co najmniej dwa łączniki o szerokości w przybliżeniu równej szerokości szczeliny pomiędzy płytami wierzchnimi palety (1) i długości w przybliżeniu równej odległości pomiędzy płytami podstawowymi (5) palety (1), przy czym powierzchnię każdego z łącznika oddzielają od powierzchni płyt zewnętrznych wykroju linie bigowania, poza tym, każdy z łączników ma połączoną z narożnikiem linię krawędziową o długości w przybliżeniu równej grubości płyt (5) podstawowych palety, przy czym linia krawędziowa połączona jest z linią krawędziową wpustu ponadto płyty zewnętrzne mają wycięte w każdej płycie co najmniej dwa wpusty (10) o głębokości w przybliżeniu równej połowie szerokości płyty zewnętrznej natomiast wykrój płyt łączących (11), w ilości równej ilości szczelin (10) na każdej stronie płyty zewnętrznej, ma z jednej strony podwójne wpusty (12) o głębokości mniejszej / równej połowie wysokości płyt zewnętrznych rozstawie między nimi w przybliżeniu równej szerokości łączników oraz odchylone względem krawędzi podstawy o kąt X w zakresie (90 - 85)°, korzystnie 88°.The subject of the application is a set for mounting containers mounted on standardized pallets, applicable for storage and transport of small items, especially sweets, household chemicals and others, in logistics systems.
