Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest białko zawierające sekwencje aminokwasową wybraną spośród: Sekw. Nr 1-2 oraz zawartych w nich epitopów. Niniejsze zgłoszenie obejmuje też epitop jego pochodną oraz sposób, który umożliwia potwierdzenie zakażeń/nosicielstwa wywołanych przez gatunek bakterii Streptococcus agalactiae. W sposobie wykorzystuje się specyficzną reakcję wyselekcjonowanych epitopów wchodzących w skład białek immunoreaktywnych izolatów klinicznych Streptococcus agalactiae z przeciwciałami obecnymi w surowicy.
