Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt aluminiowy o wysokich własnościach kumulacji energii kinetycznej i podwyższonych własnościach mechanicznych, znajdujący zastosowanie w produkcji kształtowników narażanych na działanie dużych i nagłych sił zewnętrznych, zwłaszcza kształtowników zarówno zamkniętych typu przewód jak i otwartych. Kompozyt aluminiowy o wysokich własnościach kumulacji energii kinetycznej i podwyższonych własnościach mechanicznych składają się z aluminium, krzemu, magnezu, żelaza, miedzi, manganu, wanadu, chromu, cynku i tytanu, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera wagowo 0,6 - 0,75% Si; 0,95 - 1,05 Mg; 0,31 - 0,36% Fe; 0,5 - 0,7% Cu; do 0,085% Mn; 0,1 - 0,25 V; 0,04 - 0,08% Cr; do 0,4% Zn; i do 0,04% Ti; zaś resztę stanowią Al i nieuniknione zanieczyszczenia.The subject of the application is an aluminum composite with high kinetic energy accumulation properties and increased mechanical properties, which is used in the production of sections exposed to high and sudden external forces, in particular both closed and open sections. Aluminum composite with high kinetic energy accumulation properties and increased mechanical properties consist of aluminum, silicon, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, vanadium, chromium, zinc and titanium, characterized by containing 0.6 - 0.75% by weight Si; 0.95 - 1.05 Mg; 0.31 - 0.36% Fe; 0.5 - 0.7% Cu; up to 0.085% Mn; 0.1 - 0.25 V; 0.04 - 0.08% Cr; up to 0.4% Zn; and up to 0.04% Ti; the rest is Al and the inevitable impurities.
